Officially established by The Fragrance Foundation in 2018 and observed on March 21st of each year, International Fragrance Day serves to celebrate the artistry and importance of fragrance worldwide.
It aims to raise awareness about the impact scents have on our lives, from enhancing our moods to triggering memories. This day encourages people to explore different fragrances, appreciate their cultural significance, and recognize the creativity and innovation of the fragrance industry.
To mark the occasion, we asked our team members to share their favourite spring scents. Discover what some of them had to share below!
SPRING FRAGRANCES: THE ETIKET TEAM’S FAVOURITES

Etiket Founder
Perseus by Parfums de Marly
Always a fan of anything vetiver, the new launch from Parfums de Marly is just right for spring – fresh, citrus and a twist to make it memorable.

Fragrance Coodinator / Etiket Toronto
Bois Datchaï by Maison Crivelli
The perfect blend of woody and smoke enveloped with green and fruity aromas. Truly me encapsulated in a bottle. Iconic, pronounced longevity and presents a beautiful story on skin. Pairs beautifully with my other favorite scent — Blanche by Byredo.

Fragrance Specialist / Etiket Toronto
Ani by Nishane
I love how well it sits on my skin, how it screams luxury and the longevity is to die for!

Makeup Specialist / Etiket Toronto
Histoires d’orangers by L’Artisan Parfumeur
I love how fresh and sweet it is at the same time. It reminds me of the sun hitting the orange trees in my grandma’s backyard, back in Brazil.

Skincare Specialist / Etiket Toronto
Sunset Hour by Goldfield & Banks Australia
& Empressa by Penhaligon’s
Sunset Hour reminds me of the tropics and beaches. Empressa reminds me of sipping luxurious cocktails on the beach.

Fragrance Coordinator / Etiket Toronto
Basilico & Fellini by Vilhelm Parfumerie
I love how fresh and crisp the basil is! It’s green and aromatic but the dragon fruit and fig lend some fruity sweetness, it’s so refreshing <3

Aesthetician / Etiket Montreal
Neroli oranger by Matiere Premiere
I chose this Matiere Premiere fragrance for the memories it brings to mind: a summer in Marseilles, clean laundry, and a trip to the market to make orange blossom crepes, just like my mom used to make. A sweet, sunny fragrance!

Fragrance Coordinator/ Etiket Montreal
Cuir Grenat by L’Artisan Parfumeur
This fragrance has a simple, elegant structure that inspires a night on the town, a vintage feel that I love. A chiaroscuro contrast that transports us from day to night, melting into the skin.

VP Operations / Etiket Montreal
Athenean by Heeley Parfums
Here, the emphasis is on the fragrant wood of the fig tree. Aquatic green notes are balanced with warm, undertones of sandalwood, musk and amber.
