How to use the BeautyBlender sponge:
- Run the BeautyBlender sponge under water and squeeze out any excess water so that the brush is damp (it will appear larger in size as it has absorbed water and will not absorb your product during application).
- Add some product (foundation, tinted moisturizer, BB cream, or CC cream) to the back of your hand and dip the sponge in the product. You can even use pressed powder, dry mineral makeup, concealer and cream blush!
- Bounce the BeautyBlender sponge against your face when applying your product. “Bouncing”, called stippling in the make up world, blends make up without creating changes in the texture or tone of your skin. Also, the moisture of the water absorbed in the beautyblender sponge combined with your makeup will give your skin a beautiful glow.
- Wash after each use with BlenderCleanser or your facial cleanser and place in the BeautyBlender insert pedestal to dry (the clear round container that the sponge came in… do not throw this away!). Be sure that your BeautyBlender sponge never comes in contact with extreme heat of any kind.
